Dear Shareholders Colleagues Customers and ConsumersYear 2024 saw challenges in the international markets including conflicts, wars, trade aggression and the political landscape seems to be challenging even in the near future. Mega has maneuvered around the challenges and has emerged a serious player in the healthcare space across the markets where Mega Lifesciences is present. Mega continues to dream and plan to grow in the future.

Mega Lifesciences has embarked on yet another decade of ‘wellness we care’ and our journey spanning beyond 3 decades has brought us from humble beginnings with two machines and few people to a Mega family of more than 5,300+ employees.

We have seen increasing contact with the communities and society knowing that bringing healthcare and wellness to the society is a goal for Mega in the short and long term. Mega has engaged with communities and helped make positive changes in the lives of many who attended our programs in person or online. Many participants have seen improved health parameters and have been able to make sustained lifestyle changes after participating in programs conducted by Mega’s Wellness We Care Centre. Mega has facilitated awareness by spreading information on various platforms including Good Health By Yourself (‘GHBY’) https://www.megawecare.com/good-health-by-yourself and health care applications.

We continue to adopt a greater PURPOSE of taking care of Human lives and helping humans remain healthy as long as they live and a greater expectation of health empowerment. Mega Lifesciences continues to exhibit resilience in the company’s resolve to remain as an organization which will continue to Live and Grow beyond each of us. The Company has emerged with strong cashflow and robust financial and business strategy. The Company continues to value each and every one of its 5,300+ employees across the globe and encourages each and every employee and stakeholder to pursue a life of Wellness and We care.

Mega Lifesciences has decided to further its journey in Sustainability. Mega Lifesciences’ Wellness We care Foundation continues to engage with communities and helping in Building Better Lives across the globe. Mega Lifesciences has made a significant impact on the communities through its Wellness We care Center in Muaklek, Thailand. The Company is determined to promote awareness related to Non-Communicable disease which is a silent killer and poses a significant challenge for Thailand and Global economy.

Mega Lifesciences and its 5,300+ strong team including Directors, Management and all the valued members have set on a journey towards a better planet by promoting Green business practices and help to build a better world. Emphasis remains on solar power, waste reduction, Community engagement, promoting human rights across the value chain, Risk management, Stakeholder engagement, UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Good Corporate Governance.

Mega continues to immerse itself in ESG by encouraging investments like renewable energy, finding ways and improving energy intensity. Mega continues to employee health and safety and reduce its carbon footprint with process innovation, training and investment in improved equipments. Mega continues to manage its risks and create sustainable business models.

Mega continues to remain a certified company in the Collective Alliance Against Corruption led by the Thailand Institute of Directors.

Mega continues to build a training methods and processes to empower all its employees and create a safe workplace with least or no accidents/fatalities.

Mega continues to feature on MSCI and SET ESG Rating (THSI’s) list for sustainable business practices. Mega continues to be a good citizen of the planet by finding and communicating best possible ways to “Stay Healthy as long as you Live.”

Dear Shareholders Respected chairman, Board members, and our shareholders,

2024 went by like a breeze. Mega did well after the covid boost and remains on track to deliver on our 7 year-strategic plan to double our profits by 2025.

We remain alert and continue to prepare for new and emerging realities arising out of American elections, Ukraine war, Myanmar political turmoil which have shown no signs of ending.

While all this has no real impact on the pharma and wellness industry, it does cause us all grief and affects our growth in many new developing countries which get effected by the side effects of increased protectionism and lack of funding for growth.

Also, the changing views on globalisation has resulted in barriers and support for local industries as well as patriotism for home grown businesses seem to be finding more traction. Mega has embarked on two projects. One in Indonesia to serve and grow there by building a pharma and consumer health business.

The other project in Vietnam which we have started the phase 1 of our manufacturing site. with our acquisition of land in an industrial estate near Ho Chi Minh city. This will further strengthen our commitment to Vietnam.

Our business model remains unchanged and unwavering in our commitment to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.

A strong consumer health business where we continue to invest in pipeline and pharmacy education and support programs delivering care and cure for our customers. Grow categories where we have built relationships and offer them more than just a product thru our digital platforms to navigate baby and mother and diabetes to begin with.

Our pharma business continues to grow with a strong pipeline of world class generics which are bio equivalent and meet EU CTD standards for every market we operate in. With this commitment to quality and right price, we are working with the medical community and patients to bring cures that are unique new and affordable.

We are also embarking on a one year change by design 2030 disruption challenge to double our bottom line.

With a eye on the future and a commitment to today we are building a honest company that cares for human wellness.

This journey begins at home with our 5,300+ strong colleagues in over 35 countries thinking changing and as a result growing our Wellness We Care business in the countries where we live and grow.
